The third parties Federal Index uses to run the service, and what each one does. The binding statement is section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

| Resend | Email delivery: account, quote, security and Coverage Commitment notices, and, separately, industry briefings where you have opted in |
| Google Workspace | Company email, including messages sent to hello@federalindex.us |
Google Workspace is listed here ahead of the next version of the Privacy Policy, as the notice of a subprocessor that the Policy provides for. A Data Processing Addendum, data residency details and contract terms for each provider are available on request at hello@federalindex.us.
