Private beta · pilots by invitation
How a pilot works
Federal Index is in private beta, and pilots are by invitation. Each pilot is scoped and priced individually, after a conversation with your team, and the founder replies to every request in writing.
What a pilot is
A pilot is a set period in which your team uses Federal Index on your own footprint: the states, counties and federal agencies that matter to your organization. What it covers, who takes part, how long it runs and any fee are agreed with you in writing before it starts.
The steps
- 01 · Coverage check
Name your states, counties and regulators on the free coverage check. It answers on the page, before you share an email.
- 02 · Ask about a pilot
Verify your work email, describe your organization and send the request. The founder reviews it and replies in writing.
- 03 · A conversation
You and the founder agree what the pilot covers, who takes part and how long it runs. The scope and terms for your organization then follow in writing.
- 04 · The pilot starts
A pilot starts once both sides have signed. Billing, if any, begins only after that.
