Every government publisher this system reads, the number of documents it currently holds from each, and the date each source last returned a successful read. This page is generated from the corpus itself — no row is written by hand, and a source appears only once it is genuinely producing documents. If a number here is wrong, the system is wrong, not the copy.

What this register does not include
A coverage list that only names what a vendor has is an advertisement. This is the boundary — the negative space, published on the same page and with the same prominence as the rows above.
- Municipal government. Cities, towns and villages are not monitored. There are 19,491 municipal and 16,214 township governments in the United States.
- Special districts and school districts. Not monitored — 39,555 and 12,546 respectively.
- Tribal nations. The 575 federally recognised sovereign tribes are not monitored.
- State administrative codes. We read state legislation in all 50 states and D.C. That is not the same as every state agency's administrative register, which is on the roadmap and not yet live.
- Counties beyond the published list. The county sources above cover the governments named on our published county list — not every county in America.
These are the jurisdictions our roadmap runs through, in the order our customers actually operate. Our Coverage Commitment is the binding version of that promise, and it obliges us to tell you in writing when any of it changes — including if coverage is ever reduced.
Connected, not yet claimed
These adapters are wired and returning documents, but hold fewer than 10 — below the threshold at which we are willing to describe them as coverage. They are listed because omitting them would make the register look tidier than the system actually is.

Registered, producing nothing
These adapters exist in the system and are currently returning no documents. They make no contribution to any coverage claim we make anywhere. We publish them because a register that hides its own gaps is not a register.
